Freebies from Vogue Japan and Clean&Clear

I just can’t refuse freebies. This time I got freebies from Vogue Japan and Clean & Clear.

The April 2016 issue of Vogue Japan comes with a Love Story Eau De Toilette sample and a small zipped bag. To be honest, I was more excited to get the zipped bag more than the perfume. I’m planning to put my Tylenol and allergy pills in. Also bobby pins and hair ties. It’s a little bit more durable and fashionable than the current hospital zipped bag I’m using. Β The perfume is a fruity floral scent to me. It’s a bit too strongly sweet for my liking but the small atomizer makes it portable and a perfume always come in handy.

Clean & Clear X Mamuang

Mamuang is a character created by a Thai illustrator, Wisut Ponnimit. Mamuang is “mango” in Thai language. Mamuang is a little girl that always happy and Wisut gives simple and profound message for this character. Wisut’s works are not only popular in Thailand but also in Japan. He has many collaborations with Japanese brands and artists. Lately Mamuang is collaborated with Clean & Clear. If you buy a set of Essentials Foaming Facial Wash and Essentials Oil-Control Toner (50 ml size), from 7-11, you’ll get a free Mamuang zipped bag. The bag comes in yellow and blue.

I have to go to different 7-11 branches in order to get these. Some branch had Clean&Clear but not the bags and vise versa. I haven’t opened the bags yet but I think they should be useful for travelling. Maybe I’ll put a toothbrush in one of them πŸ™‚ I used the Foaming Facial Wash yesterday and found it’s quite a decent face wash. It’s not drying or sting my eyes like the La Roche-Posay one I was using.

Seems like I ended up with three zipped bags this time but I do believe the will come in handy one day!
